Can Sky Suite and Garden Suite be booked at the same time by different guests?
Yes. They are independent, separately-locked suites. You share only the outdoor pad (pool, sauna, hot tub, cold plunge, pickleball, outdoor kitchen, turf lawn). Booking the Whole House locks both units to your group.
How does the direct-book discount work?
We push the same nightly rate to every channel (Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com). 10% off booking direct, plus 5% more when you pay in full now. Discounts apply automatically at checkout on this site.
When is my card charged?
By default your card is authorized (held), not charged, at booking. If you book more than 7 days before check-in, we save your card at booking and place the authorization hold 24 hours before check-in — Stripe authorizations expire in ~7 days, so we don't place a long-lived hold you'd have to renew. If you book within 7 days of check-in, we place the hold right away at booking. Either way, the full amount is captured 24 hours before check-in. If you take the pay-now discount, we capture immediately at booking instead.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before check-in. No refund is issued of any amount already captured, including pay-now captures. Uncaptured authorization holds are voided at no cost. See our /policies page for the exact wording.
Are pets allowed?
Yes. Every stay is pet-friendly — up to 2 pets. Please tell us about your pets in your booking notes.
How far is Zion National Park?
About 60 min to the Zion south entrance / Visitor Center (Springdale). Route to Zion: UT-59 → SR-9 via Hurricane. Do not use Smithsonian Butte Rd (dirt). Peak season can add 15–45+ minutes.
